The NDLS Federalist Society will  host a debate on healthcare rationing and Obamacare on Tuesday, September 27. Professor Dan Kelly will moderate the debate between Christina Sandefur of the Goldwater Institute and Professor Michael Nader, an expert on the Affordable Care Act.
